John Milner of the Pittsburgh Pirates has been fined an undisclosed amount for his participation in the destruction of Giants pitcher Ed Halicki’s perfect game. The SP78 commissioner stated, “John Milner should consider himself lucky I didn’t ban him from baseball for life…”
